Julie has been preparing taxes since 2008, with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate their finances with confidence. With well over a decade of hands-on experience, she understands that taxes directly impact livelihoods, families, and peace of mind.

Now in her 5th year working alongside Tiwana, Julie plays a vital role in supporting tax questions, ensuring client consistency, and maintaining the high-quality service the firm is known for. She is deeply involved in quality control and client advocacy, helping ensure every return is prepared with care, precision, and attention to detail.

Crystal Mae brings both experience and heart to Eleve Tax & Notary. Eight years ago, she entered the tax industry with a clear purpose: to create a better financial future for her children while maintaining the flexibility to balance family and career.

Becoming her own boss allowed Crystal to build a rewarding career helping others navigate their taxes with confidence, clarity, and care. She has completed VITA training while attending CBC College and is currently in her 4th tax season working alongside Tiwana Kyle, where she has become a trusted and dependable leader within the firm.
